Shipping - Australian Orders

How is my order shipped?

In Australia your order is shipped via Australia Post using Express Post. Next business day delivery applies to capital cities and major regional areas. Delivery to other areas typically takes 2-3 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat fee charge of $9.00 inc GST applies to orders to Australian addresses. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 and over within Australia.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When your order is shipped we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order online here.

What if my order doesn’t arrive in the expected time?

First, check if your order has been delivered using the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation email.

If the order was unable to fit in your letterbox or no one was home to receive it, you may have an “Item Awaiting Collection” or “Safe Drop” card in your letterbox or under your door with further instructions.

If you believe your article has gone missing please contact us and we will investigate further.

Can you deliver to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes in Australia and internationally.

Can you deliver to my work address?

Yes we can deliver to your work address. Please make sure you include the company name in the shipping address to avoid issues with delivery.

Do you ship to international addresses? Yes. International orders are shipped via Australia Post using Express Post International to all other destinations. Delivery typically takes 3-10 working days to major cities.

 

How much does international shipping cost? Costs vary depending on where you live. The following international shipping costs apply:
